Day 2 - Darin and the Gang
Sorry no post yesterday but we had a busy, full day with Darin, Laura and the kids and didn't get much of a break. We had a great day! At night, we topped it all off with dinner at Steak 'n Shake. Here are a few pics of yesterday's action. Today, we are meeting them at Universal Studios for some morning fun and then back to Magic Kingdom to meet Scott, Denise and Hanna.

Time for Test Track!!
Great timing... Only a one hour wait on stand by line. First time since its been updated. Very futuristic and fun.
On Our Way!!
Early morning car service to the airport. Jimmy is so excited. Our flight is on time so far. 6:37 a.m. Cannot wait to see Mickey!!!

1 Week Until We Leave!!! - Pre-Trip Report
It's almost time to leave, and we are getting all packed!
CAST: Me - Christina
DH - Jim
DS - Jimmy Jr (9 years old).
Hopefully we will be meeting up with my cousin and his family for a day: Darin & Laura and their children (MacKenzie, Kennedi, Addysen & Xavier).
We are also hoping to catch up with our family friends - Denise & Scott and their daughter Hanna
The Plans:
Our car service will pick us up at 3:25 a.m. (YIKES) on October 17th - our flight from EWR to MCO leaves around 6:30 a.m.
We check into Saratoga Springs for 3 nights, then move over to Disney's Boardwalk Villas for 5 nights, then onto Universal's Portofino for 2 nights.
So lots of packing and unpacking while be happening...we were hoping that our Boardwalk waitlist would come through for the first 3 nights, but oh well...
We haven't made too many set plans...to hard without knowing everyone's plans yet...we are going to have to play it by ear.
These are the set plans that we have:
Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party on Sunday, Oct 20th
Hoop Dee Do on Tuesday, Oct 22nd
Halloween Horror Nights on October 26th
Dinner at Le Cellier, Primetime Cafe and Tony's
Other than that, we are just going to go with the flow.
Things we would like to do:
Food and Wine Festival (eating/drinking around the world)
One of the water parks
Disney Quest
Explore Inoventions
Agent P
View Wishes & Main Street Electrical Parade
Jedi Training
American Idol Experience (see the finale show)
Play some Sorcerers of Magic Kingdom
Check out the bowling alley at Downtown Disney
See a movie or 2
Steak n Shake - love that place!
Blue Man Group
Hard Rock Cafe - got to have the nachos!
